1st February 2009: New Dish Drainer

I never liked our old dish drainer, nor could I find a suitable replacement, so I made my own.

Here is the old dish drainer.  To properly drain into the farm sink we had to elevate it above the counter with wooden blocks.

And here is the new homemade copper drain pan with stainless steel dish rack.

Another view of the new drain system.  The copper pan is glued to plywood.  T-bolts are screwed to the plywood and the bolts are screwed into the T-bolts.
