| Christmas Brunch, December 25, 2008
Mommy wanted a simple buffet style meal for Christmas. She got
the buffet part right, but I'm not so sure about the simple.

| The spread part 1: smoked salmon, on the board, clockwise
from top left: truffled Brillat-Savarin, Bleu d'Auvergne, Epoisse,
fresh goat with fig mostarda and fried herbs, truffled chicken liver
pate, and a cave-aged Gruyere. |

| The spread part 2: various veggies, bread from the
Cheeseboard, Lucques and Nicoise olives, pan-roasted Shishito
peppers, and guacamole. |
 |
| All of this for only 6 people plus one baby. |
 |
| He's pretty much the best little guy that there ever was... |
